What can you expect if you work with me?
Unlike some other practices, I make efforts to meet you at an authentic, person-to-person level to keep sessions flowing more like a conversation. I’ve found that people in therapy are able to open up and work on their issues best when they feel seen and heard, so I want that for all of my clients.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, knowing each client needs or wants different things. I use CBT, strengths based therapy, somatic techniques, and EMDR/IFS to help client with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD to address their problems. During treatment, I'll help you learn more about your mind, how to be more comfortable in your body, and process traumatic memories.

I'm a Baltimore-based psychotherapist offering telehealth services for individuals seeking therapy.
I first started my career as a mental health technician at a psychiatric hospital in 2020. I saw first hand how co-morbidities like substance use, eating disorders, and trauma affect mental health. I then made my way to residential facility for young adults dealing with mental health.
During my internship, I helped young adult dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression.
My previous experience in group practice is where I took a deeper dive into trauma. I learned about how trauma affects the brain, how trauma shows up as somatic pain, and was trained in EMDR and IFS.
I have a Bachelors in Sociology from the University of California Santa Barbara and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
I've worked across the mental health field since 2020, and have been a professional therapist since 2025.
